Building a Relationship Around Air Suspension Excellence

We’ve worked with Paul for years, originally fitting ABP air suspension to his previous VW Transporter while he patiently awaited delivery of his dream spec T6.1 Sportline. As someone who values both performance and practicality, Paul knew that ABP’s air suspension kit — widely regarded as the most trusted and best-performing Transporter air suspension system on the market — was the only way forward. It delivers unmatched ride quality, load capacity, and travel range, making it perfect for a van that juggles commercial duties and weekend adventures.
When the new van finally arrived, we carefully removed the original setup from the outgoing vehicle and installed the full ABP air suspension kit onto the new platform — no compromise, just precision engineering.

Styling Meets Comfort: Custom Starlight Headliner

Paul always envisioned his T6.1 as a long-term project, and once his Vossen wheels and big brake upgrades were complete, it was time to turn inward and focus on the cabin.
Inspired by our 2017 T6 demo van, Paul was set on having a bespoke starlight headliner wrapped in genuine Charcoal Alcantara — not the cheap stretch suede alternatives. Alongside the 400+ twinkling fibre optic lights, we integrated a set of discreet centre spotlights and a custom-illuminated Plush logo. As a fan of the brand, Paul wanted to make it personal, and we’re proud to have delivered something unique. The headliner alone took over 100 hours to fabricate and trim, showcasing the attention to detail that defines a Plush build.

Elevating the Audio: Introducing Audison Voce II

What many people don’t know is that we’ve been crafting high-end vehicle audio systems since 2006. As authorised Four Masters and long-standing partners of Audison and Hertz Audio, we bring audiophile-level performance to your everyday vehicle.
Previously, Paul had opted for a visual upgrade with our custom VW Transporter A-pillars, housing a single tweeter. But with the release of the brand-new Audison Voce II speakers, it was time to step things up. We modified the A-pillars to accept the new components and added ambient illumination for that final bespoke touch. These A-pillars are now the perfect foundation for a 3-way front-end setup, combining tweeters and midrange speakers in harmony with upgraded midbass drivers in the doors.
And the doors? Fully stripped and soundproofed using Skinz sound deadening — not just stuffed through the speaker hole like many shortcuts we’ve seen. We apply product to both the inner and outer skins, transforming the acoustic performance and adding a reassuringly solid “thud” when you close the door. Think Bentley or Rolls-Royce — not “tinny Transporter”.

Hidden Power: Custom Centre Subwoofer Install

With space at a premium (Paul uses his van daily for work, tools in tow), the rear wasn’t an option for bass. So we crafted a bespoke centre console subwoofer enclosure, purpose-built to house a Hertz MPS 10” subwoofer. Normally, these boxes hold 8” drivers, but we thrive on challenges — and this one even took more work than the headliner.
Finished to OEM+ levels of fit and finish, the sub looks like it came factory-fitted from VW — and the performance speaks for itself.
Powering it all? A pair of Audison Forza amplifiers (one 8-channel, one mono block), delivering clean, detailed power and perfect synergy with the rest of the system.
