Where We Deliver
Delivery must be to the credit card holder’s address unless Plush Automotive has made prior arrangement. All deliveries must be signed for.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered along with Location size and weight of the order. we try our best to despatch all orders for next day delivery but please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.
How we Deliver
Products are delivered using a tracked service, TNT, Royal Mail or FedEx depending on location, size and weight of the shipment.
Orders that are placed before 2PM Monday-Friday ship same day (stock permitting) although on busy periods please allow 3-5 working days to receive your goods.

Missing or Damaged Orders
Even though we securely package every item to endeavour that it reaches you safely and securely, unfortunately on very rare occasions goods can be damaged in transit due to the nature of the products so all postage charges include insurance. If a parcel arrives and the box/packaging appears damaged, please sign for the goods and clearly print “DAMAGED” next to your signature. Then upon opening the parcel, if you find that any product within the box/packaging is damaged please contact us By Email or Phone (01455 246156) within 24hrs so that we can assess the situation. We reserve the right to offer a direct replacement. If the item shows signs of being fitted.
All goods returned to Plush Automotive must be sent postage paid to our premises and we recommend this done via recorded delivery. Goods have to be in the original packaging and must be in original condition, containing all original parts and be in a completely re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returned goods not sent in compliance of these conditions.
There will be no returns, refunds or credits on special order items, products that have been fitted or used in a non-standard way. No refunds will be given under any circumstances on alloy wheels that have had tyres fitted prior to vehicle fitment check.
All returns, either under warranty or for partial refund will not be considered unless accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice. A 25% restocking & handling fee may be charged on goods correctly supplied by Plush Automotive.
If you wish to return the goods this must be done within the 14 day cooling off period. To do this you must inform Plush Automotive via email or letter sent via recorded delivery.
